It’s remarkable to me how many people I still run into who think that “pit bull” is a specific breed of dog.  Granted, I know my little skinny, mini-pit, Peaches, isn’t quite your average pit, but she in fact a “pit bull” with at least 50% of her make-up American Staffordshire Terrier and at least 25% of it Bulldog.
